In an effort to give you the best service possible, we ask you to follow
these simple steps if you have a problem with your order.
1. Call on the same day (immediately if possible).
2. You must have your receipt and speak to the manager and we will
be able to rectify the problem as simply and as quickly as possible.
3. For a cash refund you must have your receipt and the product you are not satisfied with.
If you follow these steps it will allow us to serve you to the best of our ability.
